About Us
Welcome to SteeTech, where tech support meets small-town community, honest work, and the occasional bad pun.
We’re not just here to fix your Wi-Fi or untangle your printer cables (though we’re really good at both). At SteeTech, we’re all about real local people helping real local people, with integrity, excellence, and a promise of satisfaction.
Oh, and we’re proud members of the Better Business Bureau, which basically means we’re the kind of business your grandma would approve of: trustworthy, dependable, and big on doing things the right way.
Our “Stee” Core Principles
S - Service First: We put people before problems.
Whether it’s fixing a printer or wiring an entire office, our job starts with understanding our client’s needs. We serve with patience, positivity, and purpose, because good service builds real trust.
T – Take Ownership: If we touch it, we take care of it.
We take pride in our work, whether it's something small or mission-critical. We finish what we start, and we stand by our results. Accountability is at the core of everything we do.
E – Elevate Every Experience: We don’t just show up, we leave things better than we found them. That could mean tidying up cables, offering helpful advice, or simply showing up with a good attitude. We strive to make every interaction, big or small, stand out in quality and care.
E – Educate & Evolve: Tech changes fast, and so do we.
We stay curious, sharpen our skills, and keep learning, because that’s how we stay ahead of the curve and deliver modern solutions in a timeless mountain town.
Who’s Behind the Screen?
Hi, I’m Stephen Glenn, founder of SteeTech and a K-8 computer teacher right here in the valley. By day, I teach kids how to stay safe online and navigate the digital world with confidence. By night, I’m helping people like you with tech repairs, network support, setting up Home Theaters, and all the little things that keep your life running smoothly.
This business grew out of a simple idea: What if we could make technology easy, and fun for everyone?
